2010 techniques still working !!

Interesting case I recently stumbled upon is a French player - all direct money anchors directly on the ranking url. various tiny blogs built for this purpose with probably spun content. still in 2016, this technique seem to be working (after all the phantom / pengiun blah blah)

Nothing ever really stops working in Google. Google just scares people away from using any tactic they target in an update, but it never stops working.
