What services should I use for mass sending? Also isn't Clickbank good also?
Amazon ses will do the job. 50k sending limit daily. And probably accounts are already warmed up by amazon ses, but not sure about this part you might have to google, also how were you able to get so much downloads from google app? How did you market your app ?

inbox rate? You mean sending messages per second ? Well for that you can divide 50k into 24 hours, you will get the idea.
