I found a keyword with 200k exact searches, but the next related keyword that contains the first keyword has only 12k exact searches.

What do you thing about this keyword, could this be profitable?

I know it depends on they keyword, but it is very unusual.

Is like the word car having 200k exact searches and the next related one car rentals having 10k

yes, it could be profitable, it depends on how you monetise it, which depends on what the keyword is :p

if the adsense clicks are valuable, or it can be used for affiliate schemes/cpa then yes, it should be valuable.

10K searches means fuck all. You need to look at that and compare it to 1. competition and 2. average CPC. THEN you can draw a more qualified conclusion on whether it's even worth your time considering it, much less trying to rank for it.

Completion isn't that good, and the CPC is low but maybe I can get some leads and sell some products and books

Well this is high numbers but It's kind of the same.

The = 25 billion+
The People = 500 Million
