While I could be wrong, it seems to me that the value of a facebook page to someone interested in buying it would have very little to do with how old it is. If I'm looking to buy a facebook page, I'm probably interested in exposing the followers of that page to my products, services or content. If the people connected to that page are not the audience I'm interested in, it wouldn't matter if it was the first facebook page ever created because no one will be receptive to my message.
I suppose there could be someone interested solely in the age of a facebook page in which case it could have more value to them.

If they are phone verified accounts, you can sell them for about 3$-5$ per account. Depends on the kind of seller you get. If you make about 10 dummy apps in each account, then you can increase the price again

its really worth for making ads , for making apps ,
they don't get banned so eaily .
I would sell them at $10 + depending on the number of friends it has.
BTW dude you are talking about the fan page ,
But OP is asking account "AGED FACEBOOK ACCOUNTS"
Even the page buyer has to look for age , if the page has lots of fans in quick days , its of course not targeted ones (may be used some kind of viral script/clickjacking)
Age plays major role in both Accounts and page.
