2002 Aus Ebay Account, what next ?

OK Managed to get my hands on a 2002 Australian Ebay account.

It is owned by a friend has only 18 feedback but has sold a few items.

I am wondering what are the limits and do's and dont's.

Planning on selling replica ni*ke , just wondering how many I should sell to stay under the radar.

I am from the UK so am not familiar with ebay aus policies etc.

Any Comments appreciated.

Sorry maybe I made that sound like I want someone to show me what to do and hold my hand, I dont.

I used to be a power seller on ebay.

I am just wondering with all the changes that have happened since I stopped selling 4 years ago if I should take it slow and steady even with such an old account.

Also wondering if anyone in Aus who sells on ebay could point out any issues I should know about ebay australia.
