$2000/mo Membership Site Using Offline Marketing

I myself would probably go to bus stops and places where you'll find low income folks who would be more receptive to learning techniques to improving their income. Those folks seem to love the word FREE even if the word trial follows it lol.

Throwing the word 'free' around is sometimes a bad thing because you just get a lot of lookie-loos and freeloaders.

Guys YOU NEED TO GET THE TRANSCRIPT FROM THE SEMINAR IT IS WELL BEYOND THE INFORMATION YOU WILL EVER RECEIVE!

my review of the seminar
I arrived late at the seminar which was due to my part and different time zone. Guys everything that you will need to cover almost ever aspect of starting maintaining and efficiently conducting a membership site using offline marketing was discussed . The real hard and tough question such as how to get qualified traffic how to keep their attention and how to properly provide Accurate and Valuable information to your customer's has been address. Ladies and Gentlemen i would Recommend everyone and anybody who is serious about creating a membership site with offline marketing to get this transcript and study it because it will be the most useful information you will ever have. In the end There are Sayer's and Doer's Those who can talk the talk and those who can Actually walk the walk. Its really up to you guys. Either you are going to become the person in the article who is successful who everyone reads about . Or you are going to become the person who reads about the successful person in that article. I made the choice to be that person in the article. YOU DECIDE WHO YOU ARE GOING TO BE......

can the op or whoever did the article, send me pm for more information , eg how many pages it contains/is there a video/how much etc? thanks

I attended the chat session - so I'll answer some of your questions:

The transcript of the chat session is 35 pages long - it's the whole chat from start to finish. There are no videos.

The current price for the transcript (at the time of me writing this) is: $97

Even at that price it's worth way more than a lot of the $1997 courses being offered by the gurus. I go as far as saying that it's worth 50 time's more, as it covers the all important "how to do it" information - that a lot of people have requested on this thread.

As well as key principles which can be used as the foundation for a lot of businesses - not just membership sites as talked about here. That to me is worth a hell of a lot.

A quick note...

I've had a few people contact me about someone who is claiming to be JVing with me on offline marketing training.

When I train consultants I personally do the training and do not have some flunky doing it. My students get my personal attention because I customize the training to fit their personality, skill level, experience and knowledge.

Although the process is basically the same some changes must be made for the individual. This is not something I would trust to someone else. Those I do train have signed a non compete non disclosure document so they wouldn't be teaching what I teach them.

If you have any questions in regards to someone claiming I'm JVing with them or they work with me -- please contact me either here or through the support system on my website.

I'll be happy to confirm or disavow your suspicions.

Thank you.

For those of you who tried to contact me about the jv, my apologies. Our database on our support system became corrupt this weekend. This effected all support even including consultants and clients. If you'll try again it should be up and running.

Thanks for your patience and PM'ing about this.

Hi http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/24368-grafxextreme.html How do you sell the site if the paypal subscriptions are linked to your paypal account? ie is it possible to transfer a paypal email address? as in remove that email and let the new owner "add email". Would the subscriptions still be valid?

Thanks

That's an interesting point .. would like to know also ... not to complicate things but opening a standard merchant w/ shopping cart might work better, no? as far as changing merchant.

This is my business card copy

This is the A4 ad where I have a pocket to hold the business cards. I will be posting this around the uni bill boards. Feel free to critique etc.

JIM BEAN: Good stuff!

Thanks for sharing!

May I make a suggestion for you a stronger call to action?

You might want to experiment with:

"Take Command of Your Life -- Visit Us Now!"

Something like this may be a stronger call to action. Compelling the reader to take immediate action.

Note the italics.

Something to think about...

Sorry, been busy training consultants and JVing with people. Haven't visited this thread for awhile.

I don't think I covered this in the recent seminar. Mostly because most people don't sell the site.

Standard merchant account may be too expensive for the beginner. Here's something to look into. I am assuming that you set up a separate Paypal for your business and it's not part of your personal account.

The answer to your question is to:
1. Set up email for the website such as [email protected]
2. Add new email to your paypal account and confirm
3. Get buyer's bank account information and add it to your Paypal account
4. Confirm buyers bank account information in Paypal.
5. Remove your account information and turn over to your buyer
6. Your buyer changes the password

This way your members never realize there's been a change of the guard.

This is what I did last year when I sold my membership site. However, as you know Paypal changes the rules frequently so be cautious.

Thank you sir! I will make the changes and replace

"If you like option 3 visit NOW:"

UPDATE:

I have created my landing squeeze page with a little promo for more info leading to the offer page. Will keep everyone updated.

Jim Bean:

A few observations...
1. Make "Attention..." a little smaller font. It's competing with your headline
2. Experiment with switching your post-headline with your headline. Your post may be stronger.
3. Break up post headline: Worried You Won't Find A Job? Bills Piling Up? Need More Income?
4. Add photo of smiling attractive female student to capture attention
5. You might even experiment with dropping current headline and using your bottom "Free Video..." as your post-headline. Once you command them to do something you don't want to distract your reader.

Good luck let me know your results...

Just a few thoughts

let us know how you go Jimbeam,

I cant start this method yet cause im moving house/interstate in a few weeks, and I dont want to leave my members without a teet to suck on lol, so let us know how many sales you get

Cheers.

offer video has been created and uploaded.

This week I will be creating the free videos.

I need to create a bank account cause I might want to sell the business later.

I reckon I need another week to finish the set up. Onwards and upwards.
