$2000/mo Membership Site Using Offline Marketing

I WILL have updates and solid facts for you guys, just give me a few weeks for the book to go out. Thats the only advertising I am doing with this one.
Others have had some success but not sure if they kept with it or not??

This fellow here trully believes that the OP isn't making a dime form BHW although he himself clearly stated he had already gotten over $4000 from payed services from BHW'ers...
Skorpion let me know. I'm almost finished mine and I have a completely different technique for marketing the site offline but will do it first then share and just wanna know if all else who has had success using grafx's marketing strategy. I expect to have mine up and running by this friday and fully marketed by Nov. 1st

I'm going to be creating a vBulletin forum since I've got quite a high knowledge of this due to my first like 50 sites where failed forums, I finally caught on with what it takes to make a good forum though.
I'll be using a modification which allows me to charge them $10 to register on the forum via paypal, and set up a landing page which links to this.
Since it's a forum I'll be making it invite only for a month or so before I start charging, this way I can build up a community and get the forum looking active, otherwise I think having an empty forum will drastically put people off purchasing again after the first month.
I don't expect to make much money off of the join fees at all, but that's not really an intention. I'll be advertising clickbank products on how to make money online which will hopefully increase profits, as well as offering webinars for different aspects that people would be interested in.
I think a forum will work well since if anyone has any questions they can ask me right there plus they won't be the only people asking things. Also they can discuss ideas with each other and share how successful they're doing, which I think could work quite well.
Although it may seem a bad idea to some people, I'll most likely have a lot of people on it aged around 16-17, since I'm in this age range I find it a lot easier to market to them. Also since I'm still in full time education, I sometimes just check up on my affiliate marketing campaigns in school, and the amount of people that are like "OMG", I could easily get them to join my websites on how to make money without problem, since they want the information from me.
Going to choose a domain and get this going, no point talking about it all day.

My area has a large Hispanic population. A site would be a nice twist, but I will

Average delivery - between 80 to 120 per hour for medium size population but more if it is densely populated.

What are some good places to put your business cards to find the most targeted visitors? Seems like that's the missing link for those who can't get this idea to work for them. If you're trying to target people who are interested in making an extra $2,000 a month with an internet business then where are some good places to find them.

I could not get this thread out of my head. I have just completed setting up my
membership site. I used a domain I purchased over a year ago, but did not find
the time to do anything with it. I set up my site a little differently than described in
this thread. It is a limited site, only a year membership, and is delivered via autoresponder. I got this idea from Jimmy Brown Membernaire model.
I am going to start marketing it this weekend. I live in a huge city on the West Coast.
It should be too hard to get 500 members over the next few months

Getting back to the OP concept of not over complicating this, here is my idea. Okay, not really my idea but applying an idea from someone else to this market.
Why not make this a fixed length membership. All you need is an auto responder, some way of collecting money like PayPal or Clickbank, a sales site, and your advertising.
Then, you can get started with just one single article. You do not have to populate an entire membership site. You could create a 52-week program and sell it. All you need to have is the very first one available. Then, each week you provide one more in your autoresponder. At the end of 52 weeks, your entire course is finished. You could charge $10 a month or more. It does not matter. But, each week they will get a new message from your auto responder.
That way, a year from now you could leave this and move onto something else. Or, you can milk it for all it is worth. You can expand or go in other directions or offer other recommendations. But, if the core of the class is set on autopilot, then it does not matter when they sign up. Also, it means that people will not sign up for one month and download all of your content and then cancel.
Just a thought.
