Format your system once. Maybe u installed a program bundled with a keylogger.

I cant format my system also :)
Everytime when its says loading files (you know this blue screen) it will reboot system again and again

thank you.
what kind of stuff I must do right away to get rid off this hacker? the problem is that I receive funds very often and I can take out only $500 per day!

Invest in a MERCHANT ACCOUNT.

To be safe, I'd back up everything on an external drive, and format reinstall.

Unfortunately, there is no way to know exactly what happened to your file system when the virus was installed.

If you are using windows, try this freeware, run it once:

"3 days ago I received email that my PayPal account is limited."

you answered the email? you were a phishing victim.
usually if i get email from paypal or whatever saying something is wrong with my account. i usually ignore it or delete the email without clicking on any links included and just go directly to the site from a clean browser window and log in, if there is a problem, it will be listed somewhere in my account or pop up.

make a backup from your important files and then if u use windows select dvd-drive for first boot device at the boot screen then put your win install cd to your drive, reboot your system, the installation is starting automatically, there is a step where you have to format your hard drive, just follow the instructions and you're golden...

The only way to use p@ypal is to have consistent amounts of cash coming or else they will lock it. I am sorry for your loss.

If you were getting in $20, $40, $25, $12, $50, then all of a sudden $2000 then they would lock your account so quick lol

Also never keep money in there. Withdraw asap.

Sorry for your loss, learnt some important things from the event.

i get those messages all the time. I always wondered who the hell click on those links lol

Hope you contacted paypal and got you money back by this time. Thanks for the share. I will be more careful onlline

Format your system once. Maybe u installed a program bundled with a keylogger.

That is why i can become a security administrator at almost any company.

Code:
EventType : clr20r3 P1 : localservices .exe P2 : 1.0.0.0
P3 : 4ac9eb1d P4 : mscorlib P5 : 2.0.0.0 P6 : 492b834a P7 : 343f
P8 : 21c P9 : system.io.ioexception

from the looks of it "localservices.exe" crashed, probably because it was performing ddos or something similar.

First things first, download hijackthis and run it, then post the log in here so i can look at it. Most likely localservices is the program that is causing it (could be a keylogger or a bot).

After you get the log of that, close EVERYTHING (firefox, aim, msn, etc..) and open up command prompt and run "netstat -n" (without the quotes.)

paste that in here as well.

After i get that, ill tell you what to do. And for god sakes, do not format. Only people that don't know how to remove a virus format it. And formating a computer can cause some problems as well (driver issues, and loss of data)

I never touched this PayPal email which they sent to me.
there was one keylogger into my system. I was getting this keylogger when I was downloading 1 program here BHW. program file name is masstwitterfree.exe

thats all my bad because my kaspersky internet security didnt work.

Somebody needs to find this in the downloads and verify what the guy is saying like quickly. Let's see who the paypal thief is, if in fact this is the case. Do you remember what thread it was that you downloaded from?

And paypal didn't make this easy. By setting your account to be limited you cannot dispute all those charge till it's too late.

Have you tried that?

Any news about disputing the charge. Man I hate thiefs. His only motives must be to rake affiliates comission from clickbank. That means clickbank must know who the affiliate is. This is a crime and cops can get involved.

That being said, most cops in the world are more concerned about consensual acts and taxing good hard working people than solving real crimes. Please do and reports. If you have any evidence, I'll blast those evidences for free. Who knows it'll give pressure for whoever assholes doing it to get caught.
