replies to most PM's not really looking for a JV tho. does anyone else have experience with this?
I don't have much IM experience, but recruitment is an area where I have extensive knowledge.
From your original post, these are people responding to job ads so clearly they are job hunting (as opposed to you finding resumes through other means).
The quick way to monetize would be to offer recruitment related services to them and there are a host of services that would interest a job seeker.
If you have 2000 resumes coming in every day though, another option would be to set up your own job board. Both employers and recruitment companies would then pay for either posting adverts or to have access to the database. There are a huge number of job sites out there and there would be more interest in a niche site, catering to a specific sector - but on the plus side, you would be adding 60K resumes per month to the site, so you would not suffer the main issue most new job sites have (i.e. clients are not interested in advertising on a job board with no candidates - and candidates won't sign up for a new job board where there are no job ads).
If the job board does well of course, it will have a lot of visitors and you have opportunities to offer further services to those visitors.
The other point I would make is you have much more than an email address available to you. A resume typically contains an address, a date of birth, sex, and a technical skill set. That information means you can be much more targeted with email campaigns outside of recruitment. Resumes even contain a list of hobbies and interests, which would be great for product marketing.
I hope this helps and feel free to PM me I can help further.
