Hi there, I'm posting this again because I'm desperate and have increased my payout for this task. I'm willing to pay $2000 to anyone who can help me successfully recover my hacked (personal) Instagram account. Must let me know how you can do it/your process and if you have done it before. Please PM me as I am still a newbie and can't even reply to my own posts.. also if anyone has any suggestions on how I can make this transaction without getting scammed please let me know. I've read through the suggestions on BHW but additional input would be appreciated..
Here are the long details, please let me know if you can help.
Beginning of Feb, 2022 - IG account hacked into because I did not have 2FA enabled. They got access to my email, then my IG, then changed every account detail such as phone number, name, email, etc. to their own information and activated their own 2FA so I couldn't do anything. They also used my information to make me a new IG account so that I couldn't recover the original one. I realized days later, too late.. immediately contacted IG and had the account disabled by IG while they attempt to "recover" my account. When this happened, my account no longer became visible on Instagram, I assume it is because IG locked it to protect the compromised account? I was asked by IG to provide a video selfie to verify my identity and told that I would hear back within "one business day" (see screenshot 1).. it has been 5 months since I submitted this verification video selfie.. I have contacted Facebook support through my fb business and no one could help, informing me that I must simply wait longer. Then I was told to try to submit another appeal through Facebook this time, and I was requested to send another verification but this time by photo selfie holding a code (see screenshot 2)... i did this as well, it has been months and I never got a reply from this either. I have been replying to both these emails (IG and FB verification emails) with no reply from support. I am desperate for my personal account back and if you have any insight that leads to me successfully recovering the account, I will happily pay $2000 to get my account back.
Before you ask, FB support is trash and literally can't do anything - even tried with my FB business account since I run tons of ads but since it's a personal account, they can't escalate to someone who can actually help. So basically I need someone on the inside to help me.
What am still trying:
1) reply spam to the emails i got from IG & FB
2) in touch with Meta Business Partners (not regular FB support but rather for business advertising, my rep submitted a ticket which he said is unlikely to help me but he is trying).
