Fuck IM. Put that up as a 10% down payment on a Camry or something and become an Uber driver. Actually talk to people. Make new friends. Stop sitting on your computer all day getting fatter.

I would find 2-3 people with less amount and we'll work on a new project. do some kind of legal agreement.
 
I will definitely build a niche site. I am currently building a site with $1000 budget and really there are so much work to do by myself which I can easily outsource with $2000
 
Build authority site with that money. Or if you have site than invest in social buying.

Exactly. Save it to spend it when the time is right. The only real way you will know when to invest, and in what is your own experience.

Therefore learn, try, fail or succeed, repeat - along the way you will recognize the best time and way to invest.
