2000+ Active Cell phone numbers. What can I do?

Use them to create phone verified gmail, FV, etc... accounts.
Method:
Text something like this to each cell phone number:
Initiate a phone verification attempt using one cell number.
Then text something like this directly to the cell phone number:
"CONTEST WINNER !!" Text the secret code sent to you in the next text message to: "[email protected]" to recieve details on how to claim your prize!".
They may or may not notice or care that the next message is a phone verification attempt from CL or FB. If they send you the code, auto-transfer that to complete the phone verification process.
Sell these accounts for $, or use them yourself for various purposes.

Do you just have the number, or can you actually use these numbers and read the messages the come into them.
If you can read them then Youtube, Facebook and Twitter accounts would be you best option.
