Then maybe go take a look over at Fiverr for Seo Services and sort by rating
there maybe something that catches your eye. I always suggest to use multiple
link types to not just get too much attention one way from Google.

I'm not trying to be ugly but.....
The best thing you can do is put that money back in your pocket and spend a few hours a day doing this yourself. After you have done this for a while you will understand what does and does not work.
After you have done your homework and gotten an education, then you can intelligently use an outside assistant to help save you time.
Without knowing how to do this you will most likely fall into the trap of buying useless services from retards at fiverr.
That said if your in a hurry and want to throw caution to the wind I highly recommend BTB's Link Pushing service. I have used it with good success in the past.

Yup i would do something similar to linkpushing myself. I would probably work on it if i had the time but that would just be on my free time cause i have a corporate job to work on. Anyways any more suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks for all the replies above!

with that money you can buy Magic submitter (about 2 months of service), scrapebox (lifetime license) and maybe Rank Tracker (lifetime license if u get some discounts) to track ur success in seo...
Just build some 2.0 profiles, make some article submission then blast all the links with SB.., you will note positive SERP movement in less than 3 weeks...
the best thing is u now own all the tools to do it again anytime u want, and with multiple projects....
