Ok, I'm going to try this again. A lot of the writers who responded to my last ad never followed through with a single article.

Here's the deal.

If you want me to hire you for the long term, you need to be online and available now. I need serious writers who are ready and willing to do the work.

Now, if you're serious about writing for me, then I'll give you ONE article to start. You will need to rewrite it. The output should be 400 words at minimum and it must pass CopyScape. You will be paid $1 for this article (NOT NEGOTIABLE). You will have exactly ONE HOUR from the time I send the article to finish it. Miss this deadline, and I won't even consider hiring you.

Payment terms: Initial article will be paid within 2 business days of submission. You need to send your p aypal address to me along with the finished article to the email that I will give you.

Once hired, you will receive 2-5 articles per day to be rewritten and you will have 12 hours to return them. Payment will be weekly (every Saturday) by p aypal. In about a week's time, if I see that you are consistent in meeting deadlines and have quality output, I will double your pay.

Unique article of 500 words is $2 / Rewritten article of 500 words is $1

Native English speakers ONLY

Please be ready to write now, and don't bother applying if you write like the example below:

I'm want to give this a try. Please give me so I can write for you. I accepts your terms and is ready to begin now. I interested to apply, so please consider me to do this works. I can write good, see.
And just to confirm that you read the entire post and understand it, the title of your pm should be "$1 for article, ready to write now!"

If your pm has any other title, your PM will be ignored.

Slick way to get articles for a dollar! HEHE! If you can get someone to do it. May try this myself, but another way!

3$ is the minimum for this kind of work... you can't expect someone who writes perfect English to apply for any less...

Where's this rule book that lends you information about "the minimum for this kind of work?" As far as I've always known, you set your own prices and people are free to accept any offer that they choose.

And, who said anything about perfect English? There's a big difference in writing like crap and writing rather well. An error or two here or there is fine, but if I've got to rewrite the entirs e article again, then what's the point. It's a waste of my time.

And honestly, I've never figured it out. Why do people bother adding their 2 cents when they aren't interested in what people have to say?

Anyhow, I'm still looking for more writers. And for the majority of your work, you'll be doing rewrites until I feel comfortable with your efforts.

Don't forget to read the first post of the thread in entirety. Doing so is very crucial to me hiring you.

Hey dr4gon,

Did you get your writers? If you are willing to increase the payout to 3$ per article, I'm in!

The payout is still the same, and it won't change. There won't be an increase until you've proven your skill and dedication. If you can't be consistent with quality and meeting deadlines, then the pay rate will stay the same.

.....and you wonder why people dont come through.

A native english speaker working for $1 an hour? Maybe $2 if he is lucky? Native english speaker to me means CAN/UK/USA/AUS/NZ etc. and in ALL of these countries are developed and have minimum wage. They could pump gas all day and earn atleast 3x what your offering.

Im not bagging what you are paying. But you need to be realistic and open it up a bit. You will NEVER find reliable, honest, hardworking, AND native english speaking for $1 an article.

I am a native English writer, and I really would love ongoing work. Yet I will not sell myself out or burn myself out for that matter for what I am going to consider below China wages.

I understand wanting to keep overhead low and getting the best bang for your dollar, literally. Just highly doubt you'll find anyone halway decent for anything below $5.00.

Good luck, though.

This is really foolish. Do you realize that a lot of countries have adopted English as their primary language.

Let me make it clear...if you are from India, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, etc., get in touch with me! I may be interested in hiring from you if your writing skills are decent.

The rest of you, please stay off my damn thread. I don't need the bullshit you're throwng!

The crazy bit is not "that no one realized that the pay wont stay that low". The crazy bit is however someone trying to fleece people off there hours of work and gain articles @$1-$2 for 500 words with an enticement of future benefits.

For all those retar** who think India is a place where you can bag a $1 or 2 kinda writer , all you'r gonna get is headache's and unfulfilled promises. I have indian writers who are paid $2-$3/ 100 words from clients in india and abroad. So stop commenting about places and people u have no idea about.

You get what you pay for! And if you think the lure of future treasure is lure enough, wisen up!

No offense meant to anyone in particular but such low ball offers really make me go red! Enough of my ranting.

You get what you pay for.....like I didn't know that. Did anyone stop to think that I'm not worried about getting articles that I have to edit? The point is that most of the writing will be out of the way.

Man, I tell ya. It's all fine and well for YOU to hire people for cheap work in private, but when you do it in the open, everyone has a problem.

I don't care if the content isn't perfect. I don't care if it has 50 errors. I'd rather spend 2 minutes correcting errors, than 10 minutes writing an article.

And honestly, I could pay $5 and up an article if I wanted to, but I figured something out. It doesn't matter what you pay, you still can get "crap" quality. You still end up with writers flaking on you. You still get missed deadlines, and everything else.

Point is, I'd rather take my chances paying such a low amount, so at least I won't be disappointed. And this being BHW, I'm shocked. A lot of you guys spend time thinking up ways to get work off of people absolutely free. And you wanna be mad at me?

And seriously, you guys need to come off it. If someone was OFFERING to write for you at that rate, you'd take them up on it. So, don't pretend like it bothers you all that much. And to prove a point, just watch what happens. I wouldn't be surprised if we meet again....on another thread!
