+200 ebook readers --> Just 1 lead :(

I made a valuable weight loss ebook, the page before the last one i listed 50 weight loss ebook titles as a bonus and to claim this bonus the reader have to go to my squeeze page .. I started promoting the ebook on forums and fb groups and got 200 readers the first day .. but i got just 1 lead ... how can I improve this ebook conversion to collect more emails
