I was fired at my job, i couldn't pay my rent and i was kicked out from my home too. Im just staying at my friend's house.

I have last $200 in my pocket. My last money and my last hope for life.

I know there is "no easy money" , i know i should have many skills like "SEO, digital marketing, graphic design, coder, developer etc." , i know there is "no guaranteed money"

But, im not asking "how can i double this money in 5 days"

Im asking to you, "How can i use this money to keep my hope from dying?"

I want to say to myself "Look, there is hope for living, hope for earning money, dont give up"


So how can i use this $200 ?

In your situation, you'll be better off applying for jobs. There's nothing you can put your last $200 on that will generate a living wage for you immediately.

Listen to a G-funk album playlist. That'll calm yo azz down, as you need to spend some time getting to grips with the reality of making money. If YOU KNOW there is no quick fix, why you already falling into the trap. Go make videos of meme animations using gimp (FREE) on youtube. Go sell the merch on fourthwall (FREE), and other merch sites (FREE). Promote your funny videos and creations on reddit and other social media (FREE).

Thats my plan for you. You won't follow other peoples suggestions though, as your your own person with your own perspective. That perspective should be prioritised on working locally, and keeping your money for a new suit, shoes and business cards, also give your friend $50 if your staying with him. By some shelter time without too much agro, Best of luck. I been in the hole you been and worse, I climbed out by taking action myself, on what I wanted and where I wanted to be. Though I goosed up a plenty after that too, but anyway! lol

Keep your $200 for yourself, if you spend for any online business, you won't earn back quickly. Best solution for you, find local business, any business, lot of local businesses looking "non-experienced employer" . Local shops, warehouses, shopping centers etc. you can find quickly real job.

It's easier than earning online money. When you working on "real job" you can save money for your future online job.

I'll suggest you find a new job (keep applying for new jobs). Also, be active on Social media and other freelancing websites to get work (that you are masterful in or have previously worked for).
This will help you earn some money and when you get the job, try to save it and set a target. Once you achieve your target, then try to invest it wherever you want.

I'd say invest in skills. That's what matters.


As you said, yes, there is "no easy money".

I completely understand your situation but sadly 200 dollars is not sufficient if you want to start making money. I'd not invest in something risky if I were you.

What are your skills? Offer some services on or offline.

You won't be able to stay at your friend's place forever. Making money online consistently takes time and effort. Get a job, become financially stable first.

Use the $200 to buy a basic secondhand laptop or phone if you don’t already have one, and a cheap internet plan. Then start offering simple services on platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, or TaskRabbit—things like writing, basic graphic design with Canva, or virtual assistance. Watch free YouTube tutorials daily to improve a single skill. Every task you complete, no matter how small, will be a reminder that you're building something. That $200 isn’t just money—it’s your bridge to stability. Don’t rush. Just commit. Hope grows when you take action, even tiny ones.

for side hustle it's okay but firslty you need to find any idea for this at least... but still you can try to talk with gpt about this

find a job write applications its free and hope you get an interview if yes keep the 200 dollar until you got a job offer. then invest the 200 dollars in a c computer science course to develop a good skill

Since you only got $200 and probably need money pretty quick, I’d advise against starting a “legit” (as in online, where you control everything, etc) business. Rather I’d go to your local auction, spend the $200 on a couple pallets of things, list those things on eBay then rinse and repeat.

That was my first business. I started with $54 and a small pallet of stuff. In under a year I had a 3,000sqft warehouse and profited over six figures. Was it work? You bet. The car didn’t have AC, it’s over a hundred outside, I’m towing stuff with a U-Haul trailer and pouring water on myself while driving. The job was at times miserable (it’s why I quit doing it to trade stocks/options/fx/crypto) but it’s a way to take a little money and build it up.

Do it for a few months, then take that money and build something “legit”, something that takes time to build. But right now you need money rather urgently, so you can’t be spending time building an audience to market toward, you can’t be learning new skills, etc.

The income needs to start now so keep it simple, repeatable, and low risk. At an auction everyone is there to resell the stuff. There’s little chance you’ll overpay and not be able to make a profit as that’s what everyone is there for. If someone is willing to pay $50 and you pay $55 and win.
