Is that still the limit? And what does it include? So I can follow 100 people per day and unfollow 100 per day? Do likes and comments and dm count to the limit?

No. It's an Account to Account thing. New accounts have more limits than aged ones.
There is something called a "Trust Factor" involved in these kinds of things.
Also, 24/7 automation does not work the way it used to.
If you are doing manual Instagram actions maybe you can "extend" those limits but after a couple of days, you will get challenges. Log-out, Email verification, Phone verification. Because when you try to always do the limit on how many actions you do, Instagram will notice.
It also depends on your Proxy. Ipv6 will get you nowhere these days.
Also, the biggest issue you will face is scraping.
There is a huge limit on scraping and the scrapers do die like flies if you are not aware of what you are doing.
So the limits are hard to say.

I have an old account and I used Jarvee 2 years ago but no out of safety reason I want to do it manually.
So if I do like 50 followers or unfollow a day I should be safe?

Manually, you can go above that easily. UP to 150 even 200 follows/unfollows you're fine

There is no one hard fixed limit for every account.
The limit depends on the kind of account you have, the number of posts you have, the kind of engagement you get, the kind of posts you make, the industry you are in, the activeness of your account and plenty of other factors that the algorithm takes care of.
So, try to act as humane as possible and stay under the radar when getting started and keep increasing them gradually to keep your account safe.

No. I don’t think so.
Do not follow and unfollow the same day. Also, likes and comments are not included in the 200 actions. I do 150 follows and 200-300 likes a day - manually. On the days I unfollow, I only do likes. And I don't do 150 unfollows in a day. Instagram is strict with unfollows in quick succession and you'll likely get action blocked. Always unfollow slowly and over a period of time. Remember manual F/UF is only temporary for you to get to your initial goal, say 10k followers.

Hi! of course, working manually, you can do anywhere up to 150 per day. But you should always be careful and give as few reasons as possible for instagram to pay attention to you.
Every day you can gradually expand your scale.
