200,000+ emails ! Has anyone sent 200,000+ cold emails? Help

Hi, I've dataset, where I've to utilize tools for cold emailing, this large dataset, I've spoken to few agencies, but realized, none was capable to execute this. We've to mine the leads from this dataset, looking for help and guidance from the community.

I think you should start by cleaning and validating your data first, because if your list has too many bad emails, any sending tool will have difficulty being effective.

Data is 99.8%ile good, only reason for the bouncing is, data being full at the site of email. I need some herlp setting it up

You have a big dataset, You may need multiple-step approach As data is big enough, you need to clean the data, so you will get high deliverability before any outreach begins otherwise you may land in spam. Also seek guidance on the necessary cold email infrastructure to to safely and successfully utilise this large dataset.

I have a dataset with over 200,000 emails and I’m looking to run a cold outreach campaign. I’ve spoken to a few agencies, but they couldn’t handle this properly.
Has anyone here done cold emailing at this scale before? Would really appreciate some guidance on tools, deliverability, and how to approach this the right way.
 
You need to clean the data first, that's the step, and I guess you've already done it. After this, we can use SES or Custom SMTP to send emails at Scale. SES offers 50k sends/day to approved users it has certain limits on bounce rates, which can disable sending. In another case, you can use a custom SMTP to send the emails.
I have done more than 100k in a day, and I think we can scale to 200k also. Feel free to ask any questions or help
 
I have used sendy with amazon ses to send thousands of emails every day, works fine.
 
In my view, cold emailing is dead. You'll just waste a lot of money with no return.
But that's just me and my losses.

Can you share your experience? How many sent and how much you made from responses if any.
 
You can find several bullet proof SMTP providers in the marketplace. Ask them if they can handle it. If you want to manually do it yourself, then Amazon ses with sendy works. However, you should make sure that the list is clean.
 
Sounds interesting would love to know more about the dataset and what kind of leads you’re trying to extract.
