I want to start a blog with posts that will rank high for various related keywords. There are quality writers available for cheap, which means I can get 20+ quality blog posts a day to the blog.

Will that spark a red flag for Google?

If so, what is the limit of quality posts you should post per day? Or can I get by through gradual posting until I get to 20 blog posts on a day, then just keep doing 20 (i.e. day 1 - 5 posts, day 2 - 6 posts, ... day 16 - 20 posts, day 17 - 20 posts, day 18 - 20 posts ...)?

Like the other guys said. There's never too much of a good thing...

Just make sure that it's always a good thing you're posting and you'll be solid. May I mind you, it might be a better idea to drip the posts like 4 a day, just in case you run into the scenario where you can't come up with anything for a while.

Whilst it certainly won't hurt you to churn out high quality blog posts at a rapid-fire rate (20+ a day) I don't know if there are any enormous benefits to this is the long run, either.

It's a case of 'each to their own' but I'd be stockpiling those article and dripping them out at around 3-5 articles a day.

This way you won't shoot your wad in the first 6 days and then have your blog turn into the online equivalent of a ghost town.

If you're scheduling out 3-5 blog posts a day that are legible and offer value to your readers and you have a giant pool of content to draw from then I think this will ensure the longevity of your blog and ensure that readers who actually enjoy your content will always have something fresh to read when they return.
