Question: can somebody please just give me money every day without me having to do anything or think of anything on my own?

Sell one of your livers. They go for an absolute fortune online. You've got a spare, and you don't need them both.
Trust me - I'm a doctor (more or less). I've got a medical degree and everything. I bought it from a guy on DP for $17. It would have been cheaper but the review copies had already gone.
Just take a pen-knife and perform the liverectomy yourself. That way you'll keep costs to an absolute minimum, and once you've extracted it, make sure you take a nice clear photo so you can upload it on Ebay.
