It's like what @davids355 said: you're asking someone to sell you a website at 1/20th of its monthly revenue. Anyone claiming to have a site for sale for $20 that generate that much more money is just trying to rip you off.

Unless you want to end up creating a thread in the ShitList section, don't add anyone on Skype either.
