20,000 USD saved. What would you do with it?

Take your time and research. Try investing in multiple pursuits instead of one and done. Good luck.

invest it in something u know about like shopify for example

I'd gamble the money on some idea someone told me online, why; because I'm a fool and you know what they say about a fool and his money :)

What would you do with it and why?
Invest in social media accounts.

You can buy a website that requires no maintenance work and makes passive income, might cost you 15x-25x average monthly revenue for something legit through a broker.

Or, you could buy a YouTube channel that has a few viral videos that are monetized with Adsense and affiliate. If the views and revenue are relatively the same each month, you could buy the account for 7x-12x average monthly revenue. In addition to the revenue, you've got the fans's/subscribers so if the revenue does eventually hit the fan, the channel can be resold for the value of the subscribers.

Twitter and Instagram accounts can also very profitable investments.

SMM is good to go actually, i just got a killer domain and planning to start a new panel with it. How long have you got experience in the field?

5 years bud!

Just looking for something to start ground up with infinite scaling potential.

Don't go all in, whatever you end up doing.. And if you can test thing with portion of that money then go ahead, but don't just jump in.. xD You could actually leave $5k aside and start learning how to trade.. But start small, no more then $500 for the first few months.. In the meantime, flip websites, if you're in the usa, maybe review yt channel (tools are nice niche), gear will cost you $2-3k and the rest is good marketing and your ideas..
It would be best for you if you could split those savings and invest in few businesses..

How much have you made in crypto and over what period?

Also, what have you lost?

Who said gambling money away?

Sourcing idea's is exactly that, nothing more.

Where do you buy your social media accounts from?

Since you are stating industry multipliers when selling accounts i am assuming you do the same?

You have to routes

1 - Invest in offline business : Cafe, restaurant, real estate, SEO and SEM Agency .. and the list goes on and on

2 - Upgrade to higher invest, higher return projects in ur current online business : For example you said you have a good background in SEO, if you are making money out of it, then you know all about keyword research, landing pages, conversion ...etc

Then the logical updrade is ppc, exchange your time and effort with money.

Another example, if you are into affiliate marketing and already making money of it, then you know how to get interested traffic, and how to sell products to them. Then the next logical upgrades is dropshipping and selling your own products

and the list goes on ....

hey bud, how you doing?

Thanks for such a detailed response.

What have you invested in personally?

Hate affiliate marketing with a passion. Low returns and the rug gets sweeped from under you without any warning!

You still doing SEO?

With that amount of money, I would personally invest in an offline business.

treat yourself for the hard work, go blow it in a casino, if you win then good, if you loose then you just had a helluva night, something to tell your grandkids about (you'll get to say once your grandfather blew 20k in Las Vegas)

If I had 20k this is what I'd do,

1. Spend 5k on an amazon fba business model, grow it for a year, with the right technique you could EASILY generate 100k a year, and then sell it on flippa. [Easy]

2. The next 5 k is spent to hire a developer or a group of them to create an SaaS and build it right with great customer support and a quality product, this will being you passive income and return is huge. [Medium]

3. The last 10k on a kickstarter for a product you developed (patent if possible) and has high demand, in less than 3 months you could generate 100-500k depending on the product and demand (something that people NEED or LOVE that solves a problem or makes life easier). [Difficult if you're a one man army like me, BUT doable].

I would go with the kickstarter since it's been the fastest money I made but the most challenging tbh, let me know if you got any questions I'll try to help on my free time.

Oh and buy a jrvip, you'll love it :)

Cheers,

I would spend 5 grand on buying high-subscriber YouTube channels and then spend a couple grand hiring people to make videos for each channel thats a different niche.
