2 youtube accounts on 1 adsense

Hey guys I have 2 questions:
1. Can you have 2 youtube accounts (not channels!) on one adsense account?
2. And what is the difference between making a second channel vs making a second account?

Ans 1: Yes you can have multiple channels or YouTube accounts using same adsense account.
Ans 2: Making second channel means you using same [email protected] account to create another channel where as second account means creating new gmail account and channels etc, but remember you can only have 1 assense account per person.( same channel or different channel on different account doesn't matter, obviously unless you wanna use black hatting strategy)

If my Youtube account is ban then what's about my adsense account?
