3. Find a low cost source for a service or product people are paying 2x or 3x more for otherwise, then advertise you are providing the same thing for slightly under 2 or 3x. Profit as a middleman from the spread between your just below retail price and the 'wholesale' price.
4. Sell what sells---mainly meaning, S 'n M (sex, money), with the 'n standing for 'new craze' (ipod type stuff). Sex related items always move, make your ethical decisions about specifically going forward with e-whoring or marketing to porn and swinger sites, vs. more 'respectable' areas (like sexual performance enhancing products, personals, lingerie). Offering ways to help people find a job or more ways to make cash is also evergreen.
5. Find what you can recycle or reposition to a higher use, to profit from the hidden value. Take other people's throw out material and resell it, turn lemon into lemonade.
