2 weeks and still 301+ views - What am I doing wrong?

If I have adsense on the video that got stuck on 301+ (4 days ago) using addmefst, should I delete it? I can post the video on my social sites and get organic traffic right now, I just don't want to waste traffic if it's a lost cause.

hey there is a problem youtbe will not rank your videos if you send all the views from the same site and one more thing you guys have to remember that the free views r no longer working well ! so you have to get some Quality High Retention Views

Those exchange sites seem to be having tons of issues now. YT has been targeting these sites recently it seems. If they aren't working for you, the only other way to inflate views is to purchase them. You can check my signature below and click the banner to go to my BST. Don't use Vagex, you don't get a fraction of the views you think you will. Try u2bviews, but don't overdo it. I had 2 videos removed by YT for sending too many views at them at once.
 
They dont watch the video thats why you need real viewers who watch your videos atleast 30sec

I try to get atleast min 120 secs view time watches for videos 3-6 minutes.
 
I have noticed a lot of NEW viral video youtube channel's get stuck at 301 views? Might be an error with you tube?? Example are Ray William Johnson
 
Just make video below 20 seconds, and you will get HR views with those exchange views site.

Right now the best way to get them is buy/exchange sites. You need 301+ real views for the number to start moving again. You dont have to buy them!!!
