Take your time, I'd say no more than 10-15 links a week. That's what I did when my domain was brand new. Be consistent but not too consistent. Sometimes I didn't build any links for week or two. Also link diversity is important too. And don't get discourage if you don't see immediate results (unless you have aged domain). Google is known for taking the time before it gives 'link credit' to a new website. Along with building links do some social sharing like facebook and tweeter. You can buy them on Fiverr, just be sure that the person providing them is using a network of real people not fake accounts. Last but not least, moderation is the key. Good luck.

Since its very new go, and do some blog comments on niche related blogs, will help with long term ranking and will provide a small amount of traffic also.

Do as many as you wish it wont harm your site, but do it manually.

Start slow and start manually. 2-3 links per day is fine.

Not if your comment links are from related to your niche websites and you didn't over do anchor text for the keyword(s) you're trying to rank. As for Web 2.0 and directories, slow down. Focus on quality, not quantity, if you have some spammy links, try to balance them with quality.

You can start right away and while conventional wisdom is to build slowly (like 50 a week), don't get so caught up on that.. there's no set number that will get you in trouble.. it's about "how" you do this, but as a caveat don't blast your new site with links either.. not too fast, but not too slow.. a nice happy medium should do. Nevertheless, no matter what service you go after whether it's for a few links or a lot, just make sure that you're "dripping" them. Links getting added to the index too fast is a bad signal and that will penalize you in the long run, but if you've got the links going on a slow drip, you'll be fine. No matter what you do, just don't build them in bunches at a time. It should be consistent and it should resemble a leaking faucet.. just a little at a time over time.

Having the choice of fake or real account for the same price why would anyone choose fake.... besides, real accounts will give me extra shares too :) a bonus so to speak lol.

Set up your self promotion channels first like Facebook, Twitter, Linked, Youtube etc. Then create some content on those. Typically I'd start LB more aggressive LB 90 days out depending on the niche. You need to pad first with these other links.

I usually build only one HQ link for the first month, then bump it up to like 1 every 2-3 days for the next month, then one a day for about a week, then just open the flood gates, in the past it tricked Google into thinking my site went viral and I was on the first page for highly competitive KWs for a good bit before it died.
