It should take a while to better understand your purpose of using the service,many use similiar services for scams etc so i don't want to get in trouble.
At the moment you can only receive (it's good for SMM purposes).

Not sure if i really understood your answer but it depends on the site if they allow only one number then you can only open one account for number,with gmail you can open until the error shows etc.
In case of Facebook its very helpful since if u get locked-up you can re-verify it and is instantly rather the asking through skype the person who are selling the numbers .
