2 twitter accounts suspended!!!

Hey BHW'ers!

I just came home from work and I saw my 2 Twitter accounts were suspended.
1 was already suspended once. So that one is fully gone!
1 was fresh, made today. suspended for agressive following. I got suspended at 68 follwoing and 1 follower?
Looks a bit fast to me!

Could somebody give me a quick guide in here to start!
Like this:
day 1: max 50 following
day 2: max 150 follwing
day 3: max 300 follwing

Please help me out!

Guys don't wanna be annoying but I need an answer. I was about to go online and spam twitter! Now I got this!

The thing is. That my older account with 800 following and 300 followers got suspended!
And my fresh account too, only on this account i got a temporary suspension! could unlock it!

this was my first project after 1 month of membership here on BHW. My first project at all!

Please help me!

IMO,

- Follow < 50 per day

- Follow mostly related people only. Example: if you have red widget site then follow people who are interested in red widget.

- Tweet once in a day with few tweets without any link

- Retweet other people.

- Also set custom profile photo

I'm gonna do this! I will take it slow. VERY SLOW!
Does it help to get some followers from fiverr? To get a little boost, so my account looks better right away or will this be the dumbest thing to do becasue then i ask for suspension?

Today my account also suspended, it was a new account 0 followers 0 following never did anything after creating account manually...
I think they are suspending new account randomly... or may be something else...

i've had my account for a few weeks and follow on average 200 people when i decide to get more followers. after i reached out to 200 i usually wait about 2-3 days before trimming those who don't follow back and do it all over. in the first week of using twitter on a fresh account i followed about 400 because i wasn't aware of the ratios. i got suspended for aggreesively following people. after i toned it down there hasn't been an issue.

i think following 100 to 200 a day is ok. just try not to have such a large discrepancy over followers and following. actively try to trim the "fat"
