2 Tiny question about CPA

Hello,

I got 2 really quick question about CPA and if it is possible what I want.

1. For example, What if I can get a list of 100 people willing to complete CPA offers for me. I sent them a email once a week with a landing page to complete a CPA offer. I think I cant sent them a CPA offer twice, so I will sent this list a different CPA offer to complete every week. Is this possible. Every person will have a diffident ip adress.

2. For this experiment I need different CPA offers. I mostly will use email submit or instal CPA offers. I live in The Netherland. Can I use every CPA offer or do i need to search for offers what I can use in The Netherlands? How does this work. Do I only get money if the traffic is from uk or usa?? or can i use every email submit/instal CPA out there?

I think it's best to speak with your CPA affiliate managers... Different networks might have different restrictions

1. Any legal CPA network will not be okay with this and if you do it without their consent, you will get banned.
2. If the offer is for US only, then you won't even be able to access it from Dutch IP address. You will get redirected to a different offer available in your country. And Dutch email submits are rare as gold. Not sure if there even't are any. Mostly it's just PIN submits.
 
First of all, the offer you promote must accept email traffic.

I think this approach is very risky as network track IP addresses. So if you send exact 100 IPs to multiple offers they might look at you closely.

But don't let me discourage you. It would be cool to result of your test. Just take into account that ban is a possibility.
 
You'd need to run incentive offers to do what you want to do. However, it's a weak idea that every newb comes up with. In my opinion you are far better off ditching this idea and going for another approach where you generate real leads for the advertisers.
