alright so my first question is:

1. When it comes to local google maps and citations, is it important to use different local ip's when filing new citations?

My second question is,

2. How important do you think it is to rank for lets say "product/service"+"in"+"city name" because a lot of people type it just "product or service"+"city name" with out the word in, but when you are making a quality site you need to include the "in" for it to make sense. Does google make up for that?

To answer #2, it doesn't make a difference. Google doesn't count stop words like "in" or "and".

To answer #1 ..no , no need to use different local ip's when filing new citations as long as you adding citations to a new domain each time.
