2 questions about keyword domains

I have found two domains - one is like dentist arizona d0tc0m and the other one is like arizona dentist d0tc0m.

The first keyword, "dentist arizona" has fewer results than "arizona dentist", when you search for them on google. This means that the first keyword is better (due to lower competition)? The weird thing here is that "dentist arizona" doesn't sound as good and gramatically correct such as "arizona dentist". Then why should be a better choice? Am I missing something?

On the other hand, when I use google adwords keyword tool, both keywords have the same number of [exact] local searches monthly, while the [exact] global searches is slightly different between them. So what conclusion should I draw - the [exact] local searches number should be split in 2, to obtain a more accurate result for each keyword, or that number is correct, each keyword having the same number of [exact] local searches?

I have a few AZ and Arizona domains and go with state + keyword NOT keyword + state.

arizona dentist is better, you can also targeting keywords for both "dentist arizona" and "arizona dentist" for this domain..

I suggest you use to Market Samurai to make your Keyword Research, sometimes Adwords K. Tool doesn't give exact result..

I see a bit difference between exact local searches so something must have gone wrong at your side

arizona + dentist were given just as an exemple...

OK. Two sure things for now: "state + keyword" is the best choice for the domain name, but I should target both in my website page, when making the onsite SEO.
Only one thing is still not clear. If both ("state + keyword" AND "keyword + state") have the same number of [exact] local searches per month when using Google Adwords keyword tool, let's say 5.000 for each, this means that the [exact] local searches for "state + keyword" is equal to 5.000 or to 2.500?

look, you can register a domain like dentist arizona and the tittle of your blog named arizona dentist, that way you killl 2 birds with 1 shot. you just have to do some SEO work. yep,

You should always register niche + location if you have to choose. In most of the cases when someone search for area + keyword is most likely to be out of this area. Honestly if you want to target dentis arizona and have the arizonadentist com G will see it the same way as dentistarizona com. Just do a test search and see. But if I were you I will get them both will develop niche + area and hold on to area + niche just to eliminate competition.

Why don't you buy both? so you can have all the traffic coming from those terms. Moreover, thiss assumption is not true:

It was just an example.
