2 partners needed for bh incentive site

i have this incentive site'
it hides the refer id so im able to place non incentive offers on the site
i supply the site,hosting and all the junk traffic i can throw at it
1,this partner honest older member with a cpa account we can hammer and make big bank with and send payments via paypal
2,this partner will get the members to the site it will be up to 2 million alexa rank within 10 days no problem so wil need members asap they must be active for us to make money

I might be interested but let me get this straight. You need 2 partners, one that can provide CPA accounts and the other that can market the site, right?

well all 3 of us will market the site thats why i asked for 2 partners not just 1 as 3 heads are better than 2 and we can get more members faster that way
