Is it possible to have your device or IP flagged to the extent that brand new accounts with 0 posts have no hashtags work?
One account was one of my own aged profiles. I edited the bio, threw on a new profile pic and posted a pic only to receive 0 likes and seemingly no appearance in hashtags.
Second account was a friends new cafe profile. I logged in, added a profile pic/bio and proceeded to post a pic to the same effect.
Thoughts/ideas?
