2 more sections?

Hi

it would be really nice to have 2 more sections:

probably less experienced users have to be limited to be able to post there (not to mess things up)

1) tutorials
2) banner field (like quick links) of members who use them in their footer

.. about banner field

-> we can go there and see the whole list of services our members offer
