Site is 2 month old...doing daily few backlink and social signal but it is showing only 10-12 impression in console...any idea how to increase impression....

If it's only 2 months old you should focus only on content. Like some have said before me, focus on long tail keywords, those with almost 0 competition. You can add quality links slowly over time, but they're not going to help much if your content is not optimized and good.

The domain name is ok? The website is built on a fresh domain name, or on an expired one? If it's built on expired one, have you checked the history of it?
What about the quality of the content? How often do you publish new articles? Before you start to write an article, do you research and focus on the right keywords (focus on long tail keywords, as many people already recommended)? Content quality is good? Do you interlink the articles?
Also check if the site have a well-organized structure, and without any errors (check GSC console), and the site's speed is ok.
What kind of backlinks do you build daily/weekly? Are relevant for your site?

Domain is expired domain with clean history...
Site contact is static..posted 10 articles only...as it is service based site...
No error in gsc and site speed in gtmetrix is 96%..
Mainly building links from competitor...free links...

With significant probability though, the main issue are the first two.

2 months and 10 posts is a very little time and little content for any website to gain some traction my friend. First put some good quality keyword rich content in your website, keep building the backlinks and have patience.
