Hi guys and girls :)

So the title might say it all, or not, I'm also confused if something like that even exists.

Recently I launched my consulting middleman agency, and the idea of that agency is that I need to talk via email with one company in favour of my client and then that company will provide my client with some good deals.

Our workflow is like -> our client gives us his email example@hisdomainnamedotcom, we connect on this one and then we talk with the provider company.

Is there even possible to be a solution that what we do on his mail will remain only on our side, so he won't be able to see with whom we talked and how?

Maybe you can use BCC feature?
Thanks for the idea, but that might not work since I need to register using client email -> receive confirmation mail -> talk with the company. without the client seeing any of these emails
Possible but its custom build panel i dont think regular email client side has such things. Better wait for more replies maybe there are open source client apps which can do this.

Good Luck :)
I hope so, I explained it a little bit better the process, maybe someone knows the kind of software. Thank you buddy

I have done what you want many times.

Normally you would buy something like the .net version of your clients .com.

You redirect the .net site url to the clients .com, but you email from the .net, then only you see the outreach emails done in your clients name.

Might be a good solution, but yeah, "the company" is very strict with domain variations, but I should try that one. Thanks, buddy
