For a 3kb file, downloaded 1000 times from Uganda, you still get 4USD. Better than any other site in this criteria.
*All free users (guests or members) can download unlimited files per day.
*Minimum payout is 10$ and they pay once a month, only via Alertpay or Moneybookers(there's a temporary problem with alertpay, I suggest opening a Moneybookers account, it takes like 3 minutes).
