2 GMBS with the same address????

According to google guide lines you can have two dinstic companies under the same addressfor the GMBS.

I have an exterior remodeling company and I want to open a new company dedicated only to bathroom remodeling, are these two dinstic bussines but I want to make sure google won't supend me because they are similar

can you confirm if I can do this.????

Nobody can say what Google will or won't do. If your companies are two distinct legal entities (2 llc for instance) then you should be ok because you could submit the company info in an appeal if you had to if you got suspended. Otherwise I wouldn't list both as you sound like you are on the cautious side.
 
For running two different companies you can use same address still there will be different offices for both companies as per company law. If yes then you can use some office number or room number to seperate both addresses. Even floor number.
 
Definitely you can do it also according to google you can have two bussines in the same address as long as they are totally different but I don not know if they run in the same category the two bussines you mentioned, if you can have them in two different locations seems will be easier than receive any flag and as previously mentioned make it different by floor number or office number, let me share the link about profiles marked as duplicated.

You can create many listings with same address, But you need to choose every unique categories. if you create one more GMB listing at same categories like plumber with same address you must get suspended by Google team.
 
yeah, Google does allow multiple businesses at the same address, but they got to be legit distinct entities. If you got an exterior remodeling company and now starting a bathroom remodeling, they sound distinct to me. Just make sure each has its own phone number and maybe even different business hours if possible. However, be careful with how you name them. If they sound too similar, google might see it as trying to game the system. It's always a bit of a grey area with these things, but if you genuinely have two different businesses, you should be fine.

If address is exactly same then for sure after few months they will get suspended. Use little bit different address like cabin no.2 or like that.
 
Expect that you will have to video verify so you'll need to be able to show there are legitimately two businesses at that location.
 
100% sure you can create 2 GMB at the same address. Make sure each GMB need to create on different categories. Like 1 buisiness point as PLUMBING you need to create the 2nd GMB at different category like Dental, Mover etc.
