I can't speak for anyone else here, but my graphic design skills are worth more than $5 a shot.
Good luck finding someone with skills who will work for that rate.
By offering that measly pay, the message you are sending to us is that you don't really care about the end result, because if you did, you would be willing to pay a real rate. Consequently, the work you will get for that rate will be of terrible quality.
Besides, if you're going to offer Fiverr rates, why not just go to Fiverr?
