    Hello.

I've had a problem with my ebay account.. it is still functional but have been warned by ebay.. just want to make sure that if it is suspended someday i will have another account to sell normaly.

To make this second account and start growing some feedback i'm thinking of using my cousin's address, name and paypal account (which is a few years old). I have an office that has 2 different wireless networks in range (mine, which i'm using in my normal account and one from the office nextdoor)

The question is, if i create another windows user and only connect to the other wireless network will i be safe in ebay and paypal with that new account? (just to make it clear, 2 ebay accounts, same computer, different windows users, different person details, different paypal and different wireless networks).

    Thanks :)

not recommended, as this could potentially create serious tax implications for your cousin

yes, unless you do something shady. Will work for eBay/Paypal. Will not work for Amazon.

I can also use different computers.. I have a laptop i could use just for that new second account. The main doubt is, the 2 wireless networks are in the same physical location.. Is that a problem or since i'm connecting to different wireless networks the ips will be different and i will be safe?

No, you are safe, as locating physical location by IP is not accurate, as some ISP will literally have blocks of hundreds of thousands of IPs if you are in a large city. Generally as long as your IP location is in the same country as you registered in, you will be okay. HOWEVER, if you have ever logged into the other wireless network with your old eBay account, making a new eBay account and logging into the other wireless network may link you.

Your main concern should be keeping that account from being banned. Will make life a whole lot easier
