2.Does anyone know any tools that can help us with link-building?
We are using: automatic article submitter social-submitter and al the seomoz tools, link assistant etc.
We are looking for tools to spam fora and to find **************** blogs/sites,and a tool that can index al our useless back-links. Back links we placed ages ago but don't get indexed.

Ya try and read around a bit first before opening new threads that have been beat to death. There is a lot of software on here that will help with link building. I don't have time to go search all the threads for you but you can start in the Link Building section here..
