That doesn't sound too blackhat. To me, it is a straight up scam if I understood your thread correctly.

EDIT: Basically, he is selling a product on ebay for .99 then telling the buyers he will refund the .99 after 3 days. Of course, he has no intention of refunding anybody the .99 cents. He keeps the money from the auction plus the money from the downloads.

I don't get it..... You work super hard to get to be a powerseller then throw it away for a few bucks???

I think the method to get to powerseller is not bad, then you can use that to push some software or download that costs you nothing and make some money for the long term... Not BH at all but I guess that could work..
