maybe it is not Google getting worse, maybe something in your setup changed?

Just create 4 more and get back on the horse. It's a numbers game now.

Yeah thats absolutly normal practice, accounts are getting banned very often nowdays. If your running black hat verticals and catching bans frequently, pay atention to your technical setup and cloaker, google will never tell you the real reason for the ban. We launch about 20 accs per day and only half of them actualy work fine, but for our niche thats a pretty good result.

Some people say that Google's current policy is to block everyone, and real people will appeal, and they will usually get their accounts back, lol...

It was like this a couple of years ago but these days you don't get banned right away, instead you get hit with the verification up front instead. They are verification heavy now.
