So with the code you have below, the button will be invisible until the person shares the link X times? Will the person be able to see the link they need to share, or do I have to explain that to them in my post/page ?
Well, when you are posting teh page or post, you will have to post your button like this:
Code:[vs clicks=X]<a href=BUTTON.destination><img src=WHATEVER.image></a>[/vs]
Where:
X means the number of clicks you want.
BUTTON.destination means the URL that the butotn will have
WHATEVER.image means the image url.
That way the visitors will have to share your url with X people and then they will be able to see your "download button"
They will only see the url they will have to share.
You can tell them whatever you want them to know man. I didn't add this, as every site is different

Just changed the amount of clicks needed on the demo site to 100.

Problem was that I didn't edit the header.php of the theme.
SHEESUS CHRIST!
I missed that part in the tutorial!!
@EVERYBODY: I FORGOT TO SAY THIS IN THE TUTORIAL!
People, you need to edit your header.php file within the "Appearance" WP menu!
You must add this line to the php code! (Yes, the same line, no editing!)
I am very sorry I missed this step, which is crucial in the works of the script as it places a cookie on the visitor with their Referral ID!
@Anyone with the problem: I am very sorry about this, I really don't know how I could forget such a crucial step!
With this, the plugin will be truly functional!

Long story short, I was charging like $35 with 6 months of support for installing the Viral Script to other BHW members, but then I got an infraction as I was caught selling my services to others :L
Anyway, after that incident, I decided to code this magnificent Wordpress Plugin ready to be used by anyone for free!
Why would I do something like this? Well, I must say that I wanted a challenge and test my php skills and also wanted to give back to this great community as it has really helped me A LOT since I started reading BHW!
With this script you will FORCE your visitors to share the link to ANY amount of people you want before they can see your content!
You are able to lock images, videos, articles, guides, buttons, links, or whatever you want!
== USAGE! ==
To use the script, the only thing you have to do is wrap whatever you want to lock with the tags:
[vs][/vs]
AND you must say how many clicks you want to get before people can watch your locked content by simply adding the attribute "clicks"! as:
[vs clicks=9][/vs]
Remember that the 9 can be any number! Want 1,000,000 people to click the link before they get to see the locked content? Just wrap your content with the tags:
[vs clicks=1000000][/vs]
It's that simple!!
== Installation ==
This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.
e.g.
1. Upload `royserpa` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Place "include('./wp-content/plugins/royserpa/cookie.php');" in your theme header.php without the double quotes ("")
4. Create a new table or user in mysql or use an existing one and place your database details on the Royserpa's Viral Script tab on your Wordpress Admin Panel.
5. Create the needed tables after the database details were entered.
6. Enjoy your new Viral Referral Script! And happy earnings!

I learned some good new things on these which I am planning to do some more scripts for bhw for free!

How can we lock the whole page with this plugin? so that when someone visits the site they will see a notification or something telling they won't be able to get into the site without inviting X amount of people..
Or maybe you can tell us a javascript function or something and we will customize it? a function that would display the lock when it's called I mean

Well dude, you can try wrapping all your posts/pages with the tags, so that the visitors only see the viral script aand their referral link.
Or what's on your mind? i may code something for you and add it as an update

It was an ultra TINY error, it was some "leftovers" from the beta plugin
Anyways, here is the working pluign!
