2.0 List and advice

Lets say I create accounts in all of the below sites. And drop content and links into all of them.

Am I right to assume this will deliver backlinks first, indexing second, and traffic third?

My question relates to the internal nature of some of these sites that seems not to publish content that is likely to be indexed.

IE. That content must be in the title page in order to be indexed?

Any notes or am I doing the right thing?

Are these sites all DO-Follow????

well a large proportion of them. However do follow does not become relevant when you are hoping to increase backlinks. a backlink is still a backlink, even if it is not clickable.
