How???? On Dropbox.com, you can either upgrade to Pro for $99/year or to Business for $15/user PER MONTH. How can this seller get his hands on $5/yr accounts?

And what makes you think we'd tell you how he does it? If we knew we'd probably be doing the same thing he's doing.

He is exploiting their referral system
You can do it urself too
Have around 10-20 emails depending upon the GB you want. Send out dropbox invite to each mail. Sign up through your referral link and voila ! You get free GB's
I had bought such gig half year back and worked great. Hope this helped

-_- That wasn't meant as an attack. I was asking a legitimate set of questions. And I assumed OP asked him because he said "I asked 3 times already." I assumed he was referring to asking the seller three times, and not the community. Which is why I said "Why would he/we tell you anything?" Legitimate.
