1st Time Domain Purchase, Need assistance!

Hello Black Worlders, still a fresh member here but i've been reading non stop for the past few days ive been on here, looking to buy my first web domain based on a niche ive been thinking of.

Now my question is, what is the most reliable trustworthy (to google) type of domain i should get that i can write an informational type database on my product? By this i mean i want to write basically a everything you must know type of article about my product, im talking putting videos up, do's and donts, etc. i basically want to make a guide about my product and start loading it up with ads to make some revenue and if possible i want it all to be legal (in the eyes of google) so i can rank up as needed.

By type of domain do you mean .com .org etc?

Reliable type of domain? Any TLD is reliable for google. Even Matt Cutts admitted, that there is not big difference in TLDs. So go for .com, .org, .net and you will be all right!

Probably com, org or net is your best bet. Unless you are targeting a specific country.
