Hi guys... I want to ask something related to web 2.0 creation for 1st tier.

Should I distribute the anchor text like 10% main keyword, and combine with generic words, brand name, and URL?

Or is it okay for me to use main keywords in each web 2.0, and then make it look natural by getting other type of anchor text from social bookmark, article marketing, and forum profile?

Thanks.

yeah that is okey go for it, you are not in Google eyes... Pump your PR google PR update very soon.

i think that both methods work.. so you can use any of them depending on what you plan to do next..

i personally on tier1 web 2.0s i use my main keywords, because i build couple more tiers on the web 2.0s besides the tiering to the main site where i dillute the keywords with general wording

There have been many threads on anchor text, and most of them support:

1/3 main keyword / LSI keywords
1/3 generic
1/3 naked URL's / Branded

If you are really afraid of a penalty, keep your main keywords below 20% and use plenty naked URL's / generic keywords

You should search around the forums, as there are plenty opinions on it.

I am aware about that... but I'm not talking about distribution ratio for the whole backlink profile. But just for a certain link type (eg: web 2.0).

Does google care if I have natural backlink profile but all of my web 2.o use the same main keyword?

Just blast it with related anchors since you're not trying to rank the page directly.
