Advert's of email submit offers shave like crazy. You will have a very low EPC if you only have email submit offers on your gateway and your users will be frustrated for not being able to bypass the gateway.

We've got a few first page email submits that do very well and a bunch of second page submits that do great also.

We have a content locker as well.
