Well folks. Sorry to post this in here. Seemed like the most logical place given there is no general info area and the attacks are being perpetrated through torrents. This won't affect most of you but for those that will be affected, I am sure you'd want to know.
It was fun while it lasted but due to Apples new Intel platform, it was inevitable that the popularity would grow, therefor giving malicious programmers incentive to spend time creating a virus for mac. There have been 20,000 machines hit since January of this year. The previously immune OS is being attacked by maleware uploaded to bit torrent sites inside of iWork '09. Full story below
